3. Paste and verify the destination

4. Match the network and memo

Select the same network shown by the receiving platform. Add the memo or tag exactly as provided. Once Bitget marks a withdrawal as completed, a missing destination tag generally must be resolved with the receiving service because the blockchain transfer has already left Bitget.

5. Review the amount, fee and credited total

Bitget displays the applicable withdrawal fee and the amount expected to reach the destination before confirmation. Withdrawal fees vary by asset and network and can change with network conditions. The cheapest displayed route is useful only if the destination supports it.

6. Complete security verification

Review the asset, network, complete address, memo, amount and fee before approving the withdrawal. Complete the required email, authenticator or other verification steps. Never share a one-time code with a person claiming to be support.

Do not hard-code a fee from an older guide into your decision. Check the live form immediately before sending. Also consider the total cost: converting an asset merely to access a cheaper chain can introduce trading fees, spread, price movement and another taxable or reportable event depending on jurisdiction.

What to do when a deposit is not credited

  1. Locate the TxID in the sending wallet or exchange history.
  2. Check whether the transaction is pending, failed or confirmed in a block explorer.
  3. Compare the asset, network, address, memo and amount with the Bitget deposit page.
  4. Confirm that the amount met the minimum and that enough confirmations have accumulated.
